✅ Important CIPC Company Documents (Explained Simply)

1️⃣ COR14.3 – Registration Certificate

This is the main company registration certificate.
It confirms that your company has been officially incorporated and includes:

  • Company name
  • Registration number
  • Date of incorporation
  • Company type (e.g., Private Company – Pty Ltd)

📌 Think of this as the “birth certificate” of the business.


2️⃣ COR15.1A – Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) – Standard Form

The MOI is the document that explains:

  • Rights and responsibilities of shareholders and directors

COR15.1A is the default standard MOI used by most small businesses.

This document shows:
